mouse sensitivity problems

I just bought the game and when i went into a server i noticed that my sensitivity while just looking around is way low but when i ADS it super sensitive. i tried fiddeling with the settings but nothing works. The only thing that works is when i put mouse scaling on everything is super sensitive...

 

The game is unplayable for me at the moment.
