Have playing alone most servers are empty as it is now, Why not have bots leave when players join?

I am new here and looking to get a server up and going, VCEF Virtual Canadian Expeditionary Force.

I am getting map errors and stuff any ideas why when i start my dedicated server? Failed to load package/game/Beyond_wire/maps/ReleaseLevels/Ansonocourt/GameplayLayers/Assault/V1/Ansonocourt_Assault_GervsFR Exiting
